Shipeng Technology and Odin Clouds development to service the Taiwanese residential and hospitality market. The use case to build an inventory management application to alert on inventory theft and damage in long term lettings. Using image and video captured from a mobile device letting agents or tenants submit to the Odin Cloud Platform. Our Odin AI Agent analyses images comparing to the previous timestamp generating a reports on room/apartment health.
This increased visibility for account owners, cuts operational costs, negating inventory theft & damage alerting agents to risks in different residencies.

Odin delivered a solution that not only serviced the needs of the account owners, but the tenants building out a maintenance/ service management portal for easy notification and resolution of maintenance requests. A Bi-monthly report gives account owners an insight into a number of parameters on their premises including cleanliness of shared spaces, amenity ranking, maintenance and service time, etc. The full solution aims to cost operational costs, increase account owner visibility, This solution is currently in POC phase for the end user, with a full product deployment scheduled for Fall 2025.
Key Outcomes
The Odin Rooms platform will be available as part of Shipeng Technologies Smart Building Management Solution and integratable via our Odin Cloud API.
